"History of Sweet’s Hill" slideshow presented by Betty Mencucci by the Burrillville Historical & Preservation Society and the Burrillville Land Trust. Wed., April 12th—6 p.m. at the Assembly Theater. Come and learn about the town’s largest farm (located on East Avenue) and its history beginning around 1720. Learn about the generations of people who farmed this property, what they produced and why it closed. Learn about efforts to preserve this property by the Burrillville Land Trust. The event is free.
